Each User may register only one Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of funds. sga989 uses advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate registrations based on name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, and other identifying factors.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian identity card or passport), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is deemed to be authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify sga989 customer support immediately via email at [email protected].
All Users must complete KYC verification before processing their first Withdrawal. sga989 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including before processing Deposits or Bonuses.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. sga989 reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification if submitted documents are unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with Account information. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
sga989 accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All Deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum Deposit limit, but sga989 reserves the right to impose transaction limits for security or regulatory reasons.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, Deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process. If a Deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
All Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party Deposits (funds transferred from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. sga989 reserves the right to reverse third-party Deposits and close Accounts found to be in violation of this rule.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, sga989 allows Users to set daily, weekly, or monthly Deposit limits via their Account settings. Once a Deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately.
Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification. The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum Withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000.000, with a maximum of 3 Withdrawal requests per day.
sga989 processes most Withdrawal requests within 5 minutes. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically arrive within 3–10 minutes. E-wallet Withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are often instant. First-time Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional security verification.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for Deposits whenever possible. For example, if you Deposit via BCA bank transfer, your Withdrawal must be sent to your BCA account. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before they are eligible for Withdrawal. This requirement applies to all Deposits, including those not subject to Bonus terms. Users who repeatedly Deposit and Withdraw without placing Bets may have their Accounts flagged for review and potential closure.
sga989 does not charge Withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. Users are responsible for any third-party fees.
Bonuses are promotional offers provided at sga989's discretion. Not all Users may be eligible for all Bonuses. sga989 reserves the right to exclude Users from Bonus promotions for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of terms.
Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including rollover (wagering) requirements, maximum Bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the Promotions page and must be read carefully before claiming any Bonus. Failure to meet Bonus requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Unless otherwise stated, each User may claim each Bonus offer only once. Users found to be creating multiple Accounts to abuse Bonus promotions will have all Accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
Bonus funds and winnings from Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all rollover requirements are met. sga989 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if terms are violated.
All Bets must be placed in good faith. sga989 prohibits any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or manipulation of outcomes. Activities including (but not limited to) arbitrage betting, syndicate betting, use of automated betting software (bots), and exploitation of technical errors are strictly prohibited.
sga989 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at our discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by our system and displayed in your Bet History. sga989 is not liable for Bets that fail to be placed due to technical issues, connection errors, or system maintenance.
Sports Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 organizing committee). Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. In the event of a dispute, sga989's decision is final.
sga989 reserves the right to void Bets in cases of obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical glitches. If a Bet is voided, the stake is returned to the User's Account. sga989 is not liable for any losses resulting from voided Bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sga989 and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

sga989 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Services. In cases of Account closure, sga989 will return any remaining balance (excluding Bonuses and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) to the User's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or charges.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. sga989 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
sga989 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sga989 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
sga989 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or interruption of service. sga989 is not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays.
In no event shall sga989's total liability to any User exceed the amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga989 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of sga989 Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Users agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against sga989. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
